luggage transport
We will be happy to transport your luggage from the top station of the Belalp cable car to the hotel on your arrival/departure, subject to availability.
As our transport route is also a ski slope in winter, we can only operate between the hotel and the top station of the Belalp cable car until 9am, and only after 5pm, when the slopes close. This is why you can leave your luggage in the equipment storage room at the top station, in full discharge of our liability in the event of theft or damage. The cabin crew will be happy to help you.

panoramic terrace
On our beautiful panorama terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the four-thousanders of the Valais Alps.
We offer traditional gourmet cheese dishes. Our wine list from Valais invites you to enjoy and linger with the most beautiful view.
lounge bar
The private lounge bar area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests, where you can relax in a warm atmosphere and enjoy a good drink.
The bar remains open after the evening meal until we have finished tidying up the dining room, or by 11pm at the latest.

The breakfast buffet is open from 8am to 10am
The evening meal for boarders is served at 7pm
Each evening a different menu is offered with a starter and main course at a price of CHF 36.00 per person, with a supplement of CHF 6.00 for gourmets who want a dessert (special price for children aged 3 to 12).
